Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from any damage or stains.
All custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the error is caused by us. In case of our error, we may offer return, exchange, or re-delivery services.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page, and no returns or refunds will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.

Return ShippingThe customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the returned item is safely delivered to us. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Restocking FeeA restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns (excluding defective or incorrect items caused by our error):
- All ready-made products: 20% of the product price
- All custom products: 25% of the product price (only applicable in cases of Store error)

Refund ProcessOnce we receive and inspect your returned item (to confirm it meets the return eligibility requirements), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

ExceptionsIf the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact our customer service immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost, waive the restocking fee, and provide a full refund or free replacement.
