At Bellebuy, every dance costume is carefully prepared according to your selected style, size, and customization requirements.
Because our dancewear is made specifically for dancers, orders require production time before shipment. Please review the production and shipping information below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All Bellebuy dance costumes require production time before shipment.
Standard Orders
Production and processing time:
16–25 business days
Rush Orders
For customers who need their costumes sooner, we offer rush production:
12–15 business days
Processing time includes:
- Order confirmation
- Material preparation
- Costume production
- Quality inspection
- Packaging preparation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
If you have a specific competition, performance, or event date, please make sure to allow enough time for production and shipping before placing your order.

- Germany
Certain remote areas, military addresses, and restricted locations may not be available for delivery.

3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Costs
All shipping times below are estimated in business days and do not include production time.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

4. Free Shipping
Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping when the order reaches the applicable threshold:

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or customs clearance charges depending on the destination country's regulations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by local authorities.
Bellebuy is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Production and shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

- Incorrect shipping information
We will provide available tracking information and assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Bellebuy is not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information
- Additional shipping costs caused by address corrections
