Terms of service

Welcome to our Shopify store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"), specializing in custom and ready-made Latin dance dresses. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from our Store, you (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Store or purchase our products.

1. General Provisions


1.1 These Terms govern all transactions between the Customer and the Store, including but not limited to the purchase of ready-made Latin dance dresses, custom Latin dance dresses, and related services.

1.2 The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Store. Your continued use of the Store or purchase of products after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 The Store reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict purchases at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the Store’s policies, or violation of these Terms.

2. Products and Services


2.1 The Store provides two types of Latin dance dresses: ready-made dresses (available for immediate shipment) and custom dresses (made according to the Customer’s measurements and preferences).

2.2 All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Store are for reference only. The Store endeavors to ensure the accuracy of product information, but slight differences may exist between the actual product and the displayed content (e.g., color deviation due to screen display, minor differences in fabric details), which shall not be deemed as product defects.

2.3 For custom Latin dance dresses: The Customer must provide accurate measurements, style requirements, and other relevant information as required by the Store. The Store will confirm the custom details with the Customer within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Once production starts, the Customer cannot modify or cancel the order unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

3. Order Placement and Payment


3.1 To place an order, the Customer must provide accurate and complete personal information (name, shipping address, contact number, email, etc.). The Store is not responsible for order delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

3.2 All payments must be made through the payment methods supported by the Store (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The order will be confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

3.3 The Store reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time. The price charged for an order shall be the price displayed at the time of order placement, unless there is an obvious error in the price.

4. Shipping and Delivery


4.1 Ready-made dresses: Shipping will be arranged within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed and paid.

Custom dresses: Shipping will be arranged within 10–15 business days after production is completed. The time may be extended for complex custom requests, and the Store will notify the Customer in advance.

4.2 The Store ships to the countries/regions specified on the Store. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected by the Customer. The Customer shall bear the shipping fee unless free shipping is offered by the Store.

4.3 The Store is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond its control, such as customs inspection, natural disasters, or logistics carrier errors.

4.4 Once the package is delivered to the provided shipping address and signed for, responsibility transfers to the Customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges


5.1 All ready-made products of the Store: The Customer may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and free of damage or stains. A restocking fee applies as stated in Clause 6.1 (exempt for defective products).

5.2 All custom products of the Store: Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the error is caused by the Store (such as quality defects, wrong size due to Store error, or incorrect customization against confirmed requirements).

5.3 Defective products: If the product is defective due to the Store’s production or quality control issue, the Customer may apply for a full refund, free replacement, or free repair within 7 days of receipt. The Customer must provide clear photos or videos for verification.

5.4 The Customer shall bear the return shipping cost for non-defective returns. The Store shall bear the return shipping cost for defective products or returns due to Store error.

6. Restocking Fee


6.1 A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns (excluding defective products):

  • All ready-made products of the Store: 20% of the product price
  • All custom products of the Store: 25% of the product price if the return is approved (only applicable in cases of Store error)

    6.2 The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

7. Intellectual Property Rights


7.1 All intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyrights, designs, images, logos, and text on the Store belong to the Store. The Customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.

7.2 The Customer shall not use the Store’s products for infringing activities and shall be solely liable for any legal consequences resulting from such use.

8. Limitation of Liability


8.1 The Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities.

8.2 The Store’s total liability for any claim related to the transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant order.
